Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (M-F).

U.S. orders over $99 ship for FREE!
Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders below $99 based on the estimated weight of the order, but does not exceed $7.75 in the U.S.

Delivery in the U.S. is typically 2-5 days, but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may take longer.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International delivery times vary significantly based on destination. Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks, however, it can take longer. We are not responsible for customs delays or taxes incurred on your packages.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. At that point you can find the tracking information on the receipt.

If you receive confirmation that your order was delivered but have not received it, please give it 24 hours for courier processing. If your package hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact the courier to resolve. They are you best resource for locating the package. Once your package has been picked up from our shop, tracking is the only information we have regarding it's location.
