What are the dimensions of your quilt in inches? Please round to the nearest whole number.
Select a standard or deluxe edge to edge pantograph below. Quilting for standard pantographs is calculated at 0.029 a square inch and deluxe pantographs, which require more time and materials, are $0.032 per square inch. If you would rather the experts choose, select quilters choice and we will discuss options with you based on your quilt.
We use Glide 40wt thread. Select your preferred color below. If you aren't sure, we can choose the thread for you. Our preference is to match the thread to the lightest fabric in your quilt, using neutrals when possible.
Select your batting below. If you choose to provide your own batting, it must be AT LEAST a total of 6" wider and longer than your quilt top or 3" on all sides.
In order to ensure the best results, the backing fabric must be AT LEAST a total of 8" wider and longer than your quilt top or 4" on all sides.

As a thank you to our customers, we offer a complimentary trim with your quilting service. Should you choose this option, all trimmings will be returned with your quilt

A quilt is a lot of work, and we want yours to turn out exactly how you imagine it. Please provide any additional instructions to help us understand what we can do to ensure your quilt turns out perfectly.
While we strive for perfection and take every precaution to ensure the highest quality workmanship, the quilting process involves human hands and complex machinery. Although we are committed to minimizing errors and will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistakes, we cannot guarantee a flawless result every time. Minor imperfections may occur, and by submitting your quilt top for quilting, you accept this inherent risk. We will communicate openly with you about any potential issues that arise and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. However, we are not liable for the replacement cost of your quilt top or backing fabric in the event of an unforeseen error, though we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Please note, this price does not include the cost of any backing that is selected or return shipping, and may be adjusted if any of the information provided is inaccurate.
After reviewing your selections above, click on the submit request button below. You will then either mail or drop off your quilt. We will contact you to set up an appointment for drop off. Upon receipt of your quilt, we will review your information, and if we have any questions, we will contact you. Once your quilt is complete, we will invoice you for the services provided. The invoice will include a picture of the completed quilt.

Quilt Drop Off By Appointment Only - Appointments available 7 days a week from 10AM-4PM
Once you complete the online form, we will contact you to either set up a local drop off appointment or once we receive your quilt by mail, to go over the details. Payment is due when your quilt is completed, before shipping or during local pickup.
