Our minimum cut is 1/2 yard, but if you see a fabric with only 1/4 yard remaining, you will be able to add it to your cart and order!
If you do not receive an order confirmation from us after ordering, please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure that you receive emails from us. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order history here. If you are unable to locate the confirmation, you can contact us, and we will be happy to help.
You can check the status of your order on your receipt. If an order is listed as 'On Hold', please check the receipt for pre-order items. It is our policy to hold orders containing pre-order items until all items have arrived. The receipt will have an ETA for all pre-order items and the latest date will give you an idea of when you can expect your order to ship. Please note that the estimated arrival times are from the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee these dates, however, we guarantee to ship your order with 2 business days of receiving the final pre-order item in your order.
No, we do not offer samples, but if you have questions about a color or need assistance matching, please contact us. We are happy to help!
Downloadable PDF patterns are only available to customers with an account so make sure that you are logged in. As an account holder, you have a pattern library accessible from your account page which includes download links to any PDF patterns that you have purchased with us. If the pattern is a free PDF, you can download the pattern directly from the listing, but in order for the pattern to show up in your library, you must log in, add it to your cart and include it in an order. If the pattern is free, you will not be charged.
If you know your username/email address, but forgot your password, you can have a reset link emailed to you. (Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the link!) If you cannot remember your username, try using your email address. If that doesn't work, contact us, and we will look it up.
