Wish | Carrie Bloomston

Wish is Carrie Bloomston's sixth collection with Windham Fabrics. It is full of magic and playful mystery. It embodies and honors craft and artisans through collaged found papers and painted sheet music. Carrie sought to make prints representative of a handcrafted life. One print from Wish was inspired by a small piece of Gujarati embroidery from India and another was born from her lifelong love of postage stamps. And of course there are triangles and a new elephants stamped with stars.
