Wendy Sheppard

Wendy's interest for quilts was born out of her love for early and colonial American history. Being from Southeast Asia, she had not had much exposure to quilts due to the fact that quilts are mainly a Western "thing". Through reading, she became aware of and loved the look of the Baltimore quilts, but still  didn't catch the quilting bug mainly because she didn't know how to sew. She decided to give quilting a try years later after being repeatedly encouraged by a friend  Little did she know how much she would enjoy making her first quilt, and before she knew it, she was making her second, third, fourth, and fifth quilts!!
