Elvyra Konteniene, also known as RouCouCou, is a surface pattern designer from Vilnius, Lithuania. She was a successful IT Project Manager that quit everything one day to start a creative journey.  You can recognize her works by bold, colorful and strictly arranged (influenced by IT Project Management) and floral designs with a retro twist.
