Carly Gledhill

Carly Gledhill is a children’s book Author/ Illustrator and surface pattern designer living and working in Stockport, U.K. Combining a love of colour, character design and hand drawn lettering, she has worked as a Print Designer for design studios and completed an MA in Children’s book illustration.  Carly created 2 author/illustrated picture books featuring the characters 'Monty + Sylvester', published by Orchard Books and has recently illustrated a series of 'Penguin Bedtime Classics'. She illustrates picture, novelty and board books for publishers including Macmillan, Little Tiger, Ladybird and Usborne. She works under the name Eye Spy Design Studio, for surface pattern and commercial illustration and presents collections annually in Paris and New York.
