Allie Perry | Taren Studios

Allie Perry, founder and designer of Taren Studios, loves to create modern and unique quilt patterns. While she was getting a degree in Interior Design, Allie interned for a firm in New York City and went on to work in material and product design for an international company creating a color system and products that were used in architectural and interior design applications throughout the world. With her background and a goal to make quilting modern and fresh, Allie is often inspired by interiors and architecture for new quilt patterns. The combination of her love for color, pattern and all things design with her love of quilting that was instilled by her mother, has created something she loves to do as she cares for her three beautiful, young children at home. Her super talented graphic-designer husband, seen popping in hilariously on social media occasionally, has started to join in on the pattern designing fun as well. Taren Studiios hopes to keep quilting modern and inspiring for all types of quilters.
